Role Overview

Own the growth engine for our platform across paid, organic and lifecycle channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Grow organic traffic through SEO and content
• Report on CAC, ROAS and funnel conversion
• Manage a small team and external agencies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years in digital marketing, 2+ managing budgets
• Hands-on with GA4 and ad platforms
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills
